How to use phitkari for tightening
THE USE OF PHITKARI ON/ IN THE VAGINA.
It is common knowledge that a lot of women use Aluminum Potassium sulfate ( Alum) to tighten their Vagina tissues . An act codedly referred to as “ washing & setting” in africa.
As much as the efficacy of using PHITKARI alum for vagina tightening is not in doubt, YES! it is effective and observes an almost instant result even though the result wears off after a little while.
However, note that PHITKARI or fitkari can have severe side effects on the vagina.
Alum , howbeit a natural chemical can cause severe scarring of the vaginal walls which increase the chances of bad infections and can also cause toxicity to the body when absorbed.

Make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lie down.
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold tight and count 3 to 5 seconds.
Relax the muscles and count 3 to 5 seconds.
Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night).
