Does Goron Tula tighten the virginia?

A woman with 3 kids wants to know if goron tula can help tighten vigina because she has developed vagina laxity and looseness.

Her mail to me….

Doctor,

I am having serious sexual problems that I have realised is beginning to affect my sexual confidence. I am 35 years old and I have three children. I delivered them through the natural means…. I pushed…. I noticed that the series of vaginal delivery has affected my pelvic floor and vagina muscles. I now feel loose and lax inside my body…My Virgina muscles are now very weak and I need something done about it…

I read this article on social media about goron tula fruit and how it helps tighten the vigina. How does this work? Can goron tula help with tightening… I want to know if I can use it.

My reply:

Good afternoon… I understand how you feel madam. I understand that vaginal laxity is a source of great worry to most ladies… And of course, even though the vagina is elastic, the elasticity can get to a limit, a point at which it will snap and become lax and loose.

Yes, many ladies and even sexologists have recommended goron tula in tightening but it does not really work. Goron tula of course is very helpful in treating vaginal dryness(it is the major ingredient in Kayanmata, a Hausa aphrodisiac) but does nothing when it comes to tightening. This is a statement of fact.

Do you know that there are medically recommended and proven ways for tightening?

They are:

1. Kegel exercises

Many factors can weaken your pelvic floor and vagina muscles, including pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, aging, excessive straining from constipation or chronic coughing, and being overweight. Kegel exercises are simple clench-and-release exercises that you can do to make the muscles of your pelvic floor stronger. Your pelvis is the area between your hips that holds your reproductive organs.

2. Vaginoplasty /rejuvenation.

Vaginoplasty is a major surgical procedure used to narrow the vagina for which there are various medical indications. It may be performed to reverse the normal slight laxity that occurs to a varying extent in women who have given birth vaginally, as well as in older women. It is also used to correct congenital defects of the vagina, and acquired deformities due to cancers, tumors or trauma.
