FLASH: Nigerian government announces 3 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, total cases now 25
Nigeria has further recorded 3 new cases of the coronavirus disease this morning bringing the total number of cases to 25.
The NCDC announced the development on Sunday morning (local time), tweeting that the new cases were recorded in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital, adding that the persons “have a travel history to high-risk countries in the last 7 days.”
The Honourable Health minister, Dr Osagie Ehanire had on Saturday announced 10 new cases with 3 in Abuja and 7 in Lagos.
The confirmation of 3 new cases of COVID19 in Lagos has taken the total number of cases in Lagos to 19 (16 yesterday).
