Chloroquine Can Cure Coronavirus! Chinese Experts have confirmed that Chloroquine, an antimalarial drug, and other antiviral drugs such as Remdesivir and Fapilavir can reduce the symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). These drugs have also been shown to reduce the morbidity and mortality (deaths) associated with COVID-19.
Dr Olufunmilayo, a UK based medical doctor breaks this news on his twitter handle and backed it up with important links.
He wrote:

Look at the names of those drugs up there familiar? This is to announce that China has finally said that any of those drugs can be used to treat Coronavirus patients. Chloroquine has shown good effects and is also to be used.
I read an online report quoting Sun Yanrong, the deputy head of the China National Center for Biotechnology Development under Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) Chloroquine Phosphate was selected from tens of thousands of existing drugs after multiple rounds of screening.
According to her, Chloroquine has been under clinical trials in over 10 hospitals in Beijing, Guangdong Province and central China’s Hunan Province, and it has shown fairly good efficacy. In the trials done, patients who had taken the drug have shown better results than others.
