I found a chiropractor in Lagos, his name is Dr. Onuoha Okeigwe(Search his name on Facebook to reach him and on Youtube). He even has a chiropractic Lagos.

I think his fees are affordable and dependent on the part of your body. I know a the cost of having a session with a chiropractor is about #15,000 – #20,000 naira. In some centres in Lagos and Abuja, the price of chiropractic therapy for back ache and neck pains can be as high as #50,000 naira.
