While a lot of persons agreed, most of them disagreed. Asking me to give a proper explanation.

I intend doing that but going through the comments I found a perfect illustration by miss Eze.

β€œWhen you drink cold water, it helps the fats in your body to expand more, while hot water breaks the fats.

Try pouring cold/hot water on a fat in meat. It will explain better for you.”

This is the best way to put it. I’m a perfect example of this.

I take note of my body a lot, I notice that anytime I engage in cold water intake I expand with no limit.

But drink normal or warm water, keeps me in shape and helps my skin glow.

When I feel bloated I just work it out with exercise.

I hope this did justice to my little over emphasized caption.

See you once again.

DOES DRINKING OF WATER CAUSE WEIGHT LOSS OR WEIGHT GAIN?

The answer is simple but very confusing: water does not DIRECTLY cause weight loss or weight gain!

But, sometimes, people who drink plenty of water are noticed to LOSE some weight.

And others are noticed to GAIN some β€œwater weight”!

It simply means the weight gain or loss is caused by some associated factors and NOT directly by water!

Water has zero calories so it can’t directly cause weight gain.

People who drink plenty of water might, sometimes, lose weight not because water burns fat!

No, it doesn’t!

It is majorly because water fills the stomach space and leave little space for real food, fast foods, soft drinks, and unhealthy snacks.

Water, whether hot or cold, doesn’t directly burn fat.

In conclusion, even though water doesn’t directly CAUSE weight loss or weight gain, regular drinking of water is a very healthy habit to develop.

Water is life.

And if you want to lose weight, drink a cup of water or two before (or while eating) β€” it will fill up your stomach space.

That’s all.

No, wait…

Also, replace soft drinks with water.

CLEAR?

πŸ”°Of Drinking Water and Weight GainπŸ”°

Here are a FEW salient points to NOTE

βž•Water contains ZERO Calories…
And so ultimately does not promote weight gain

However, when you do drink a lot of water and climb on the scales, yes the scales will reflect that you have gulped a gallon….🀠

.
But make no mistake about it, when you eventually empty your bladder you will pass out most of it.

βž•Water can promote weight loss and is highly recommended in your weight loss regimen or #FreedomMealPlanπŸ˜‰

To use as such, drink at least one glass full before meals, it will take up food space….so you won’t β€œover-eat’ and β€œover-addβ€πŸ˜ƒ
