We all know what bræst is. “It is a very important part of the female body” this alone is what many knows about it.

But there are some facts that a lot do not know.

Bræst can either be small or big—Now aside the size, what makes large breasts different from small breasts isn’t the amount of breast tissue, nor the amount of tissue that is able to lactate or produce milk during pregnancy.

It is how much fat in in the breast. So some women develop and deposit fat in their breast more than others.

For many females, the breasts get typically and fully developed by age 17 or 18, and while it stops growing at 18 for some. In others, they can continue to grow into their early twenties.

Like many believed that it is dangerous to wear bra to bed—There’s nothing wrong with wearing a bra while you sleep. If that’s what you’re comfortable with. Sleeping in a bra will not make a girl’s breasts perkier or prevent them from getting saggy. And it will not stop breasts from growing. It doesn’t also cause breast cancer.

Marriage doesn’t affect breast size.

During period, Hormone changes during the menstrual cycle, this changes may lead to breast swelling. So when you think your Bræst is bigger, it is actually temporal. This same applies to child birth.

For breastfeeding mothers, a bigger breast do not mean there is so much milk within, infact most believed, the smaller breasts has so much milk than the bigger breasts.

A lost of female experience lumps in their bræsts and below is the prevention:

1. Keep Weight in Check.
2. Be Physically Active.
3. Eat Your Fruits & Vegetables – and Limit Alcohol (Zero is Best)
4. Don’t Smoke.
5. Breastfeed, If Possible.
6. Avoid Birth Control Pills, Particularly After Age 35 or If You Smoke.
7. Avoid Hormone Therapy for Menopause.

To lower your risk of breast cancer, stay clear of alcohol, fast food, fried foods, processed meats, added sugar, and refined carbs.
