Ingredients: Baking soda, Garlic and Alum

What they are used for: To treat Vagina Odor

To treat vagina odor using baking soda or bicarbonate of soda:

Directions.

* Add baking soda to your bath and soak your lower body in it for 20-30 minutes.

*You can also add a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and gulp it down first thing in the morning.

Duration : Once a day depending on the severity.

To treat Vagina odor using Garlic;

* Peel a big fresh garlic clove.

* Attach a small string to it. Insert it into the vagina and leave it there overnight.

*Remove it in the morning with the help of the string.

Duration : Once or twice a week depending on the severity

To treat Vagina odor using Alum:

Directions

*Mix half a teaspoon of alum with a glass of water and drink it twice a day. This will help manage excess white discharge and vaginal odor.

* Mix one-fourth tablespoon of alum powder in a liter of water and wash your vagina with this water.

Dosage and Duration:

Drink alum water twice a day. Wash your vagina with alum water daily for two weeks.

Contraindications: Not suitable for pregnant women.
