3-5 Avocado leaves
3 cups of water
Honey (optional)
Directions:
Wash the avocado leaves. Ensure the leaves are fresh.
In a pot or saucepan, pour about 3-5 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil.
Steep in the washed fresh avocado leaves into the pot of boiling water. And allow to boil for about 8-10 minutes.
Once boiled, turn off the heat.
Then, strain mixture into a cup.
To sweeten, you can add honey. This is however optional.
How to Drink Avocado Tea
A cup or two daily should help relieve your anemia symptoms. A cup in the morning before breakfast and another in the night before bedtime.
