What is the Difference between dexamethasone and dexacortin?

Most ladies who use Dexamethazone always write to find out the difference between Dexamethazone and Dexacorten.
I want to answer their questions today.
Dexacortin or dexacorten is a steroid. Dexamethazone is also a steriod. Dexamethasone is not different from dexacortin in any form. They both have the same chemical composition…..Both #dexamthasone and #dexacortin belong to the same family of cortisol, a very important hormone in the human body. Cortisol is the active ingredient in both dexacortin and dexamethasone….they are long acting steriod. Both dexamethasone and dexacortin have same mechanism of action.
The truth is both dexacortin, dexamethasone, mawu mawu, xasten, yodi, dikonga etc are represent the same steriod drugs that have the same mechanism of action…they are anti-inflammatory and can cause weight gain.
Uses of both dexamethasone and dexacortin
Dexamethasone is used to treat conditions such as arthritis, blood/hormone disorders, allergic reactions, skin diseases, eye problems, coronavirus(from recent studies), breathing problems, bowel disorders, cancer, and immune system disorders. It is also used as a test for an adrenal gland disorder (Cushing’s syndrome). Dexamethasone belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. It decreases your immune system’s response to various diseases to reduce symptoms such as swelling and allergic-type reactions.
Side effects

Stomach upset,
heartburn,
headache,
trouble sleeping, or increased appetite may occur.
Elevated blood pressure
Poor glycemic control (diabetes)
signs of infection (such as sore throat that doesn’t go away, fever),

vision problems,
unusual weight gain,
puffy face,
