Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) it is a platform that is made for actualizing the Human Resource Development mandate of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).

It is a skill training programme, it is designed to expose and prepare students of universities, polytechnics and colleges of Education for the industrial work situation they are likely to encounter after graduation, it helps to provide adequate practical knowledge.
