HEALTH BENEFITS OF BAY LEAF

Cough
(1)mix one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of bay leaf powder together. Take it once after dinner

JOINT PAIN
Boil 5 bay leaves with one liter of water, boil the leaf until it reduce to half, strain and store in a tight container, take one teaspoon twice a day for two weeks

CONSTIPATION
Boil two Bay leaves in a cup of water for 15 minutes, strain drink twice a day, you can also add honey for taste

RHEUMATISM
Boil 5 bay leaves in a cup of water for 15minutes, soak a cloth into the hot water by massage the affected joint for 15minutes

DANDRUFF/HEAD LICE
Add two teaspoon of bay leaf powder into two glasses of hot water cover it for 20minutes, strain and use the water to wash the hair when cooled

INDIGESTION/NAUSEA/ABDOMINAL GAS
Boil two handful of bay leaf and a piece of ginger in 400ml of water till it reduce to 100ml, strain and drink twice a day

BODY ACHE
Make a decoction of 5 bay leaves in one litre of water and add to bathwater to relieve body ache

IMMUNITY
Boil five bay leaves and one teaspoon of Cinnamon powder in one litre of water for 20minutes, take the mixture as tea

COLD
Boil four Bay leaves in two glass cup of water for 20minutes, strain and inhale the steam, you can also dip cloth inside the boiled water and squeeze out the water then placed it on the chest to get relief from cold.
