Raw egg and milk will not your sperm thicker and stronger for pregnancy. There are not benefits of drinking raw eggs in the morning also. Drinking milk or eating eggs does not increase sperm count, whether raw, cooked and fried.
In fact, drinking raw egg and milk is not beneficial at all, it has some very important health hazards that I must mention here.
Salmonella Infection.
The most concerning is the small risk of raw eggs contaminated with bacteria leading to Salmonella infection. Raw egg and milk is a culture media for salmonella , they type of bacteria that causes typhoid fever.
Raw and undercooked eggs with or without milk may contain Salmonella, a type of harmful bacteria.
This bacteria can be found on egg shells but also inside eggs.
Consuming contaminated eggs can cause food poisoning.
Symptoms of food poisoning include stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, persistent vomiting, fever and headache. These symptoms usually appear 6 to 48 hours after eating and may last 3 to 7 days.
Drinking raw egg and milk also inhibits the absorption of an essential protein called biotin. Biotin is a water-soluble B-vitamin, also known as vitamin B7.
This vitamin is involved in your body’s production of glucose and fatty acids.
Drinking Raw Egg and Milk May Cause allergic reactions
Some people are allergic to raw egg white. Its commonly presents as body rashes, swelling, redness in the skin, cramps, diarrhoea, itching and watery eyes, breathlessness, drop in blood pressure and even coma.
Raw Egg and milk is harmful to the Kidneys
There is an excessive amount of protein in the white part of the raw egg and this is detrimental to a person suffering from kidney problem…the amount of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is low in people with kidney disease. GFR is a fluid flow rate that filters the kidney and the protein present in the white part of the raw egg reduces the amount of GFR.
