I have been told by many folks out there that tramadol or tramal OR trams have the ability to cause impotence and weak erection… .how true is really this claim?

Many Nigerian men and young males are now very fond of using tramadol to enhance their sexual performance. How they got to know that tramal gives strong penile erection is a discussion for another day entire. A drug once known for its ability to relieve pains has found its way into the hands of young folks who use it to last longer in bed.
