Can Goko cleanser cure STDs, PID, Staph Infection, Infection & Gonorrhoea?

Ngoma good afternoon. NIMEDHEALTH tried researching Goko herbal cleanser I found out that it is one of the “wonder herbs” that cures all forms in Nigeria.
According to what I found on the leaflet of the herbal mixture:

One way to know a drug that will not work is when the manufacturer says it has the ability to cure almost all diseases in the world. Dr Iguedo believes without clinical trials that Goko cleanser can cure more than 50 diseases at once. It is a one cap fits all drug. It points to one thing —- Goko cleanser does not work let alone having the ability to cure gonorrhoea, PID, STIs, vagina candidiasis, and even erectile dysfunction.

More so, NIMEDHEALTH have looked into the composition and ingredients of Goko cleanser and none of the herbal combo have antibacterial properties, antiviral or antifungal properties.
Here are the ingredients in Goko cleanser: Vernonia amygdalina (bitter leaf) , Cajanus cajan, Zingiber officinale, Allium sativum, Saccharum officinarum, Caramel. As you can see for yourself Goko cleanser is just a combination of herbs that have not antibacterial properties. Hence it cannot cure stds. PID, gonorrhoea,staph infection etc.. These named diseases are caused by bacteria.
