The production is not time consuming at all.
To Produce Custard Powder, I used;

1 teaspoon vanilla powdered flavor
1 teaspoon banana powdered flavor
Thickeners
Creams
You can add other flavors as you so wish or desire β based on your taste.
Procedure
With a sifter, sift the cornstarch into an empty dry bowl
Add the milk powdered flavor
Add the vanilla and banana mixture flavor
Add the egg yellow food colour
Mix very well till well incorporated β Place the milk powder, corn flour, vanilla and food colouring into a food processor or blender and blitz to combine for about 10 seconds.

Homemade Custard Powder is better healthwise and more nutritious.
Eating custard is not completely bereft of benefits, however. It does provide a good amount of calcium, calories, proteins and offers a substantial dose of B-vitamins, especially vitamin B12. Naturally, homemade custard that does not have the extra additives is much better for you than the store-bought varieties. Regular consumption is however not encouraged for the following reasons: eating custard too much can lead to weight gain and an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and cancer. Homemade custard powder contains lesser ingredients and lesser health risks.
