Breaking News: Edo record first case of coronavirus, first in South-south Nigeria.
Edo state has recorded the first case of coronavirus making it the first state in South-south Nigeria.
Also Lagos and Abuja has confirmed two new cases each taking the total number of persons infected in Nigeria to 35.
Two out of the 35 have recovered and no death has been recorded nationwide.
The National Centre for disease control made this known this morning via their verified twitter handle.

Recall that former vice president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar announced that one of his sons have tested positive for coronavirus and have been moved to Abuja for treatment.
