Another odd question. Acyclovir is an antiviral drug used to treat common viral infections like cold sores, here simplex, herpes zooster, shingles etc. Staph infections are a bacteria infections that will require antibiotics to treat not antiviral drugs like acyclovir.
Here are some examples of staph infections
Cellulitis
Boils, which are infected hair follicles or oil glands.
Impetigo, a common very infectious skin infection in children that causes blisters.
Pneumonia.
Toxic shock syndrome.
Endocarditis (infection in the lining of the heart)

Septic arthritis.
Food poisoning.
All these staph infection listed above can only be treated with antibiotics like penicillin, vancomycin, levofloxacin , ciprofloxacin etc and not with acyclovir.
