Uterine fibroid is a very common cause of infertility in Ghana. Uterine fibroids, also known as uterine leiomyomas or fibroids, are benign smooth muscle tumors of the uterus. Most women have no symptoms while others may have painful or heavy periods. If large enough,they may push on the bladder causing a frequent need to urinate. They may also cause lower back pain. _ 5 Aidan stick
_5 avocado seed
_30 mango inner seed
_50 soursop leaves
_50 guava leaves
_Two handfull of ginger
_handfull of garlic
_Unripe pawpaw or the leaves
PREPARATION
_Cut the Aidan sticks and put first inside the pot
_Cut the avocado seeds and mango seeds ,ginger, garlic and add ontop
_If you have beetroot add it as well.

_Add pap water or normal water to cook for 15mins.
