FLASH: NCDC records 5 fresh cases of COVID-19 as total cases in Nigeria rises to 323.
The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 5 new cases of COVID-19 taking Nigeria’s total cases to 323 with 10 deaths and 70 discharged. The new cases were reported in Lagos, Kwara, and Kano states.
The NCDC made this known via their verified Twitter handle:
“Five new cases of COVID19 have been reported as follows: 2 in Lagos 2 in Kwara 1 in Katsina.
As at 09:10 pm 12th April there are 323 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.
85 have been discharged with 10 deaths.
There are 19 states with confirmed cases in Nigeria.
