Flash: 12 fresh cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Edo, Osun and Ekiti, total cases now 151.
The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has announced 12 fresh confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ekiti, Osun and Edo taking Nigeria’s total tally to 151 with 9 discharged and 2 dead.
According to the NCDC from their verified twitter handle:
“Twelve new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria; 9 in Osun, 2 in Edo and 1 in Ekiti State
As at 12:30 pm 1st April there are 151 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. Nine have been discharged with two deaths.

In a nationwide broadcast on Saturday , the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has ordered a total lock down of Lagos, Ogun, and FCT for a period of 14 days so as to curb further spread.
