Nasarawa state has recorded its first COVID19 case, this was confirmed by Dr Ibrahim Adamu who is the state public health director.
These has made it 34 states (including the FCT) with confirmed cases of coronavirus.
In a report by Daily Trust reports that the state’s director of public health, Dr Ibrahim Adamu, confirmed that the result of one of the people in isolation has been returned positive.
These has made it the index case in Nasarawa state and a total number of 34 state in Nigeria with confirm case of Covid19.
The Nasarawa state government has since setup COVID19 taskforce committee to handle the pandemic in the state and report to the governor.
