IVF is a type of assisted reproductive technology that has put smiles in the faces of many couples trying to conceive… In Nigeria, both the private and govt hospitals offer invitro fertilization services.However, far more are done in private hospitals.
Many couples prefer private fertility centres for IVF because the waiting time is shorter and you get to know your doctor up close and personal. It is however expensive ranging from 5 – 10 million naira and even far more expensive than the government owned ivf centres or fertility clinics.

Don’t forget that IVF for a multiple gestation comes at an extra cost to a single baby.
